What information is processed

We use this information to process and respond to the enquiry. Form submissions are sent to the configured business enquiry mailbox when enabled.

Basic server logs may contain IP addresses, pages requested, browser information and timestamps for site delivery, performance and security. We have not included advertising pixels, analytics cookies or third-party JavaScript in this website package.

We do not request passwords or payment card numbers through the enquiry form. Please avoid including sensitive information. The site operator must establish a suitable retention and deletion procedure before using submissions commercially.

You can ask about access, correction or deletion using the verified contact channel shown on our Contact page after it is configured. Any future analytics, advertising tools or third-party data sharing must be reflected in an updated policy and supported by necessary consent controls.
